Why do you think people still go to movie theaters when they can rent videos and DVDs and download movies from the Internet?
There are several reasons why I think people enjoy going to the movie theaters
even though, they can rent videos and DVDs and also download movies from the
Internet. Many people enjoy the setting of a movie theater, they also feel that it keeps
them from being in suspense and there are not so many interuptions.
The setting of a place makes a person very comfortable, relaxed and worth
waiting. Many lovedones, families, lovers and friends feel that the movie theater is the
spot for the weekends to hang out and have fun. Within a movie theater there are well
cushion seats to sit down to feel comfortable, there are also air conditioning installed
within every different movie room that contains people. As a result of this installation it
allows the people to feel relaxed not only does it makes a person feel relaxed in the
summer, but it makes a person feel warm in the winter because some are “not”
financially able to purchase an air conditioning to experience to enjoyment. Therefore, it
makes them feel welcome and relax. Attending the movie theater also makes people
“happy” because they are able to buy food whenever they feel hungry, and they are
able to take there food out and continue to enjoy.
Another reason why people go to the movie theater because they are so excited
to watch the movie and don’t want to be kept in suspense. Many people enjoy watching
new movies as soon as it comes out in the theater, because they feel it would be a
great time for them to take family, friends or loved ones out to enjoy it with them. There
also some people who are very unpatient and would like to see the movie in full color
and great sound effect, instead of watching preview clips on the television commercial.

For some people they enjoy watching rented videos, DVDs and download (bootleg)
movies from the Internet, because they feel that it’s cheaper and some are free.
Whereas, other feel that even though it’s going to produce “great” results like for
example bootleg video tapes and DVDs. There can be a day when your video cassette
wouldn’t cooperate with you and don’t work or your DVD player. As a result of this
some people go to the movie theater because for the majority of the times there are no
technical problems.
Last but not the least reason for people going to the movie theater instead of
purchasing video e.t.c, they feel that there are not so many interroptions. Some parents
or single parents or just about everyone don’t enjoy to many interruptions. Therefore,
they go out to the theater to extend away from those interferences. Even though people
still end up probably driving a long way they are far from their kids of family members
disturbance. As a result of these it gives them the ability to relax, be comfortable, and
enjoy by eating a bit of popcorn and sipping on some Coca-Cola or eating snacks.
In conclusion to my reasons for people going to the theater, which provides them
with great setting, sound effect, less suspense, less interruptions and enjoyment, I feel
that they are all great reasons. They are “great” for the worth waiting, spending and the
long distance driving. They all are worth waiting because it provides tariffic results,
spending because it helps to provide the employees with a great pay check and finally
it’s worth the distance because some how you would come out with a smile on your
face.
The smiles then later allowes actors and encourages them to produce more
wonderful movies in the near “future.”
